Breaking: Five missing, three injured after blast collapses building in Athens tourist district

Reuters reported at 06:14 UTC on September 25 that Greek fire-service and police officials confirmed a partial collapse of a two-storey residential building after an explosion in central Athens' Plaka district. Firefighters were searching the rubble, making the core event officially confirmed.
