U.S. says Caribbean strike killed four on alleged drug boat; no direct evidence released

U.S. Southern Command said publicly on September 19 that intelligence showed the targeted vessel was actively involved in drug trafficking and that a U.S. strike in the Caribbean killed four people aboard.
