Two selection paths
The draw split into two selections: a wage-based selection with 426 invitations, requiring a job offer paying at least $52 per hour and $105,000 per year in a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation (no minimum score), and a points-based selection with 288 invitations and a minimum score of 131.
Next steps
Nominees can apply to the federal government for permanent residence. Under a temporary federal measure in effect since June 9, 2026, candidates applying for PR through a base PNP stream can apply for a bridging open work permit (BOWP) months faster, without first receiving an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR), according to CIC News.
