IRCC held its second Express Entry draw of October on Oct. 13, issuing 752 invitations to Provincial Nominee Program candidates with a minimum CRS score of 772 — up 47 points from the Sept. 28 round.
Why it matters
PNP invitation sizes have now grown for five consecutive rounds (442 on Aug. 17 to 752 on Oct. 13), yet the cutoff rose instead of falling — a sign of intensifying competition in the provincial-nominee pool.
