733 invitations, about 27% more than the 576 issued in the previous round. CRS floor of 725, with a tie-breaking rule of September 17, 2026, at 01:36 UTC — candidates at exactly 725 had to have submitted their Express Entry profile before that timestamp.
Trend and next steps
This is the third consecutive draw to grow in size: 442 invitations on August 17, 562 on August 31, 576 on September 14, and now 733. In 2026 so far, IRCC has held 57 Express Entry draws issuing roughly 129,715 invitations. Invited candidates have 60 days to submit a complete application; an expired invitation cannot be recovered.
