The 2026 Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony took place on the evening of Sept 27, 2026 at Massey Hall in Toronto, presented by Amazon Music. This year's inductees are The Tragically Hip, Leslie Feist, Mike Reno and Paul Dean of Loverboy, and Roch Voisine.
The evening featured star-studded tributes: FINNEAS inducted Feist and performed "My Moon My Man," while Jeff Tweedy performed "The Park." Sebastian Gaskin and Tia Wood performed "Bobcaygeon" in honour of The Tragically Hip, City and Colour and Ruby Waters performed "Ahead by a Century" produced by Boi-1da, Allison Russell debuted "Wheat Kings," and Our Lady Peace closed the night with "Locked in the Trunk of a Car." Actor and filmmaker Jay Baruchel inducted The Tragically Hip, and Raine Maida reflected on the band's influence.
