The 2026 selection was unveiled at a ceremony on the evening of 6 October at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, covering 122 restaurants across 38 cuisines. Orfali Bros moved from one to two stars. FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio retained their three stars, while Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, Row on 45 and STAY by Yannick Alléno kept their two stars.
Nineteen new restaurants join the selection, including two new one-star awards for Birch and KIGO, alongside four new Bib Gourmand addresses and thirteen newly listed restaurants. The official announcement is dated 7 October 2026.
