The Atlanta Braves beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 on Sunday night at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium to even the National League Division Series at a game apiece, according to the Associated Press.
Michael Harris II led the Braves with three hits, falling a home run short of the cycle. He tripled with two outs in the fifth and scored the go-ahead run when reliever Kris Bubic's pitch got past catcher Will Smith for a wild pitch, then added an insurance run with an RBI double in the seventh. Rookie Didier Fuentes tossed 3 2/3 innings of one-run ball, and closer Raisel Iglesias earned his second save of the postseason.
The Dodgers' only runs came on solo home runs by Freddie Freeman in the fourth and Max Muncy in the ninth. Los Angeles went 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position and stranded seven runners over the first five innings. Blake Snell lasted just 3 2/3 innings in his shortest postseason start since 2022.
Game 3 is set for Tuesday in Atlanta, with Chris Sale scheduled to start for the Braves against Yoshinobu Yamamoto, at 6 p.m. ET.
