New York's first fall Small Business Expo draws 13,000+ to Javits Center

The New York Small Business Expo is holding two shows in one year for the first time, with its inaugural fall event today (Oct. 15) at the Javits Center: 13,000+ businesses registered, 130+ exhibitors, 30+ workshops, free admission.
Why it matters
Small businesses are the backbone of New York's economy. Expanding the expo from one show a year to two reflects strong demand from local entrepreneurs for practical business education and connections — and signals that post-pandemic small-business momentum is still alive.

The New York Small Business Expo opened its first-ever fall show today (October 15) at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan — the first time the expo has run twice in one year. Organizers say more than 13,000 businesses registered for the inaugural fall event.
The show runs 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time with free general admission, more than 130 exhibitors, over 30 educational workshops and three keynote sessions, covering practical decisions entrepreneurs face, including how to use AI, attract customers, hire employees and manage business operations.
Founder and CEO Zachary Lezberg said the spring show's strong turnout made clear there was demand for another gathering, with the goal that every attendee leaves with "a useful connection, a clearer plan and something they can put to work immediately."
