Singapore's Zenyum parent MakeO raises US$10m to expand dental network across Asia

MakeO, the parent of Singapore-based dental startup Zenyum, announced a US$10 million round led by Singularity AMC to grow its dentist network across Southeast and North Asia.
Why it matters
After Singapore dental startup Zenyum joined India's MakeO group earlier this year, the combined company announced on October 13 a fresh US$10 million (about S$13 million) round — a sign investors still see consolidation opportunities in Asia's consumer dental market.
Full report
MakeO said in an October 13 statement the round was led by Singularity AMC, with participation from funds and family offices. Indian outlet Inc42 put the figure at ₹90 crore (about US$9.4 million), naming DSP family office, Genesis and Unispace Ventures as participants.
Zenyum became part of the group earlier in 2026 after MakeO agreed to acquire it in February. The combined group works with about 1,100 partner dentists across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan, runs more than 60 offline clinical centres and has served over 400,000 consumers; annual recurring revenue has crossed about S$70 million (US$54.7 million) and the group is EBITDA-profitable.
The new capital will expand Zenyum's dentist network across Southeast and North Asia, strengthen its technology and grow manufacturing capacity; the group says it is also evaluating acquisitions in India and elsewhere in Asia. MakeO previously raised a US$16 million bridge round in 2024.
