Nvidia said on October 28 that RTX Spark laptops are now available from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI, with 128GB configurations starting at $2,599; it also released the open-weight speech model Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe for local use, and put the DGX Spark 64GB on sale.

Nvidia said on October 28 that RTX Spark laptops are now available from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI. According to the company's official blog, 128GB configurations are on shelves starting at $2,599, in designs as thin as 14mm and as light as three pounds, with what Nvidia describes as all-day battery life. The update pushes Nvidia's pitch for a personal AI supercomputer inside a laptop: one machine meant to handle graphics and creative work while also running AI models and agents locally.

Six makers, one superchip

At the heart of RTX Spark is a single superchip combining a Blackwell RTX graphics processor with a Grace central processor, offering up to 128GB of unified memory and up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance, according to Nvidia. Unified memory matters because graphics, creative work and AI models draw from the same memory pool instead of shuttling data between video and system memory. Nvidia also added GPU resource controls in its NVIDIA App, letting users choose how GPU resources are split between foreground applications and background agents; the feature requires Windows hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling to be enabled.

Local AI: a speech model and agent tools

The headline software addition is Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, an open-weight speech model that handles transcription, speaker attribution, translation and questions about recorded audio in a single promptable model. Nvidia says it covers 40 languages, including seven Indic languages, runs about 4.3 billion active parameters, and ranks first on the Hugging Face Open ASR leaderboard — benchmark claims supplied by Nvidia and not yet independently verified. The model is available on Hugging Face, while quantized versions for local deployment are still rolling out. Nvidia also released a small Nemotron 3.5 Bolt model that runs with as little as 4GB of memory, plus gaming updates including support for Phantom Blade Zero and a path-traced version of Minecraft.

DGX Spark 64GB goes on sale too

On the desktop side, the DGX Spark 64GB, powered by the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, is now available to purchase from manufacturer partners, with DGX OS and Nvidia's AI software stack for agent development, inference and fine-tuning. Note what this update is not: an announcement of a new flagship GPU. The news here is availability and a widening software ecosystem, and real-world performance will still depend on each maker's specific configuration and independent testing.
