Downtown D.C. traffic advisory issued for Olivia Rodrigo concert weekend
Olivia Rodrigo plays Capital One Arena on Saturday, Oct. 3; HSEMA-backed traffic advisory warns of road closures, parking restrictions and transit impacts downtown through Sunday.
Why it matters
A weekend concert at the 20,000-seat downtown arena draws tens of thousands of fans into the heart of the city. Combined with the District's broader event traffic, road closures can ripple across downtown commutes — the advisory gives attendees and residents time to plan ahead.
