Chinese humanoid robotics firm AgiBot unveiled six launches at its Innovation Day 2026 in Shanghai on 29 October: the Worken framework for measuring robots' productive work, the AHA3 humanoid platform, the GO-3 Preview embodied AI model, the WITA-Omni interaction model, the G2 Max industrial robot and the Link-U OS 1.0 operating system.

Chinese humanoid robotics company AgiBot unveiled six launches at its Innovation Day 2026 at the Shanghai World Expo Center on 29 October: the Worken framework for measuring robots' productive work, its third-generation humanoid hardware platform AHA3, the GO-3 Preview embodied AI foundation model, the omni-modal interaction model WITA-Omni 1.0, the heavy-duty industrial robot G2 Max, and the embodied-intelligence operating system Link-U OS 1.0. The company framed the event around deployment: getting robots into factories, warehouses and service environments and keeping them working there.

Worken: measuring output instead of shipments

Worken is a proposed framework that multiplies the number of active robots, their autonomous hours and task-specific output efficiency to quantify the useful work robots perform in real-world environments. AgiBot said the metric is meant to replace unit shipments as the measure of robot utility, helping businesses weigh output against lifecycle costs when judging a deployment's long-term value. Co-founder, president and chief technology officer Peng Zhihui introduced the framework at the event, arguing that a robot's value ultimately lies in how much work it does, not how many units are sold.

GO-3 Preview and the AHA3 platform

GO-3 Preview is AgiBot's next-generation embodied AI foundation model, built on its proprietary WRAM (World Reasoning Action Model) architecture, which unifies understanding, prediction and action in one framework. According to evaluation results presented at the event, GO-3 Preview ranked first in task success rate and process score on RoboDojo, achieved the highest overall score on RoboTwin, and ranked first in overall score on RoboColiseum; a full open-source release is planned for the end of 2026. AHA3 is the company's third-generation humanoid hardware architecture, described as its first commercial Three Intelligences in One platform, combining the hardware foundations for locomotion, interaction and task execution intelligence in a single architecture.

G2 Max and Link-U OS 1.0

G2 Max is a heavy-duty, wheeled, force-controlled industrial robot for manufacturing and logistics, with 21 degrees of freedom, a dual-arm handling capacity of up to 40 kilograms and an adjustable working height ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 metres. Link-U OS 1.0 is positioned as the industry's first operating system dedicated to embodied intelligence, connecting the full pipeline from hardware to applications; it is currently being trialled by selected ecosystem partners, with a full open-source release planned by the end of 2026. AgiBot also announced an OpenAtom Foundation Platinum Level Sponsorship and the donation of the Link-U OS project to the foundation, with the two sides planning to build an open-source community for humanoid robots and promote unified technical interfaces and standards. The company said its ecosystem now spans 255 universities, 511 enterprises and more than 80,000 developers.

First-half results and industry report

According to Sina Finance and other reports, AgiBot's first-half revenue approached 2 billion yuan, with shipments reaching 9,700 units. The event also saw the release of the 2026 Embodied Intelligence Industry Innovation Report, compiled by China Economic Information Service and the Shanghai Industrial Innovation Center of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
