Canada Express Entry draw 451: 792 invitations for provincial nominees, CRS cut-off 761

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada held a Provincial Nominee Program draw on October 26, issuing 792 invitations to apply for permanent residence with a minimum CRS score of 761, down 11 points from the previous PNP round.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held Express Entry draw 451 on October 26, limited to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, issuing 792 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 761.
The round in detail
Draw 451 was a program-specific round for provincial nominees. Candidates at the 761 cut-off also had to meet the tie-breaking rule: their Express Entry profile must have been submitted before 18:00:26 UTC on April 3, 2026. Profiles at the same score submitted later were not invited in this round.
Comparison with the previous PNP round
The previous PNP round, draw 448 on October 13, issued 752 invitations with a minimum score of 772. This round issued 40 more invitations and lowered the cut-off by 11 points. PNP rounds always show high cut-offs because a provincial nomination itself adds 600 CRS points, so the figure is not comparable to the threshold for other Express Entry categories.
What happens next
Invited candidates must submit a complete permanent residence application within the deadline set by IRCC; candidates who were not invited remain in the pool for future rounds. The category, size and cut-off of each round are set by IRCC round by round, and past results do not predict the next draw.
